What would be the benefit of having all household lighting polarized? It is supposedly medically beneficial…?

I am disabled – severe head-injury, ..and the government are still robbing me of my entitled pension because I am abroad, where I was taken, because of the injuries suffered because of them, ..and my medical condition because of them, …and I was wondering whether this could be beneficial for me, ..and how I could do it.

Lamps are polarized so that you won’t shock yourself by touching the base of the light bulb.

I suppose you could call that a medical benefit, but there are not benefits other than not electrocuting yoruself.
